How to Write & Submit a 10-Minute Play with Lolly Ward

Do you have an idea burning to be on stage? Or a short play that could use fresh ears and a good polish? What about a finished play in search of a production?

Come share ideas in a room with other working writers!

Week 1:

We'll read aloud samples of plays. Then we'll discuss the strengths of each ten-minute play and wrap-up with and a review of each author's goals.

Week 2:

Read your own play aloud! Get feedback and learn how you can send your play to interested theaters.

By the end of the course, you'll be able to:

  • Understand what drives strong the ten-minute plays
  • Have your own plays ready to read aloud

  • Know where to submit plays for production
