We'll read aloud samples of plays. Then we'll discuss the strengths of each ten-minute play and wrap-up with and a review of each author's goals.

Lolly Ward co-founded LineStorm Playwrights and has served three years on the PATA Board, producing Fertile Ground events and planning workshops with the Education Committee. Her plays include MATE (The Actors' Gang; California Institute of Technology), 72 OBJECTS (semifinalist, O’Neill NPC), BLACK PRESS IN THE WHITE HOUSE (Smith and Kraus, 105 Five-Minute Plays), and THE ETHEL PARTY (Silk Road Review). Her ten-minute plays have been performed as nearby as Profile’s 24-Hour Play Fest and LineStorm’s Portland in Play, and as far away as Los Angeles, Texas and Massachussetts.
