Eryn Goodman, CSA
After graduating with a theatre degree from Western Washington University, driving buses in Alaska and wrangling actors in Chicago at O’Connor Casting, she returned to Portland in 2005. Soon after, she joined Cast Iron Studios, and sithen she’s cemented strong relationshipswith everyone from regional actors to agents, producers and teachers. Eryn currently oversees the commercial and print divisions at Cast Iron, and is co-casting director of its television and film divisions. Her relaxed presence behind the camera puts talent at ease, while her devotion to finding the best talent for every project puts clients at ease.
Karen Hoagland, VP Group Creative Director
Karen has over 20 years’ experience growing established brands and developing new ones. R2C Group has been fortunate to have Karen on board since the company’s very early days. Since the beginning, Karen has kept pace with a rapidly changing industry, always striving to elevate her skills and the skills of everyone around her. In short, Karen has helped the entire agency evolve, thanks to her strategic insights, passionate creativity and skilled leadership. Karen works directly with clients and internal teams to create award-winning work. Recent campaigns include Allen Edmonds, Texture, Soma, 23andMe, and Humana. She is an expert at developing integrated campaigns across TV, print, digital, and emerging media channels. She also loves making art, running, and spending the occasional Saturday on the couch watching Big Trouble in Little China. For the 27th time.
Scott McClure, Creative Director
Scott comes from a family of architects and engineers, stretching back several generations. He was also raised by wolves, in the sense that he went to the College of Design at NC State University, home of the wolfpack. Having worked on a variety of Fortune 500 brands like IBM, Time Warner Cable, American Express, Blackrock, Thompson-Reuters, British Airways and Kodak, Scott is no stranger to the complex challenges of today’s ever-changing marketplace. During his time at Ogilvy NY, he also worked on several lifestyle brands like Cabelas and NASCAR, most notably shepherding Cabelas through a multi-year rebrand that led to the company’s acquisition by Bass Pro Shop. Scott currently works for R2C Group and specializes in brand response advertising, helping to provide strategic direction and creative for a wide range of clients. When he’s not tinkering around the house, he loves getting out into the wilds of the Pacific Northwest with his wife, son and black lab.
