STAY Connected!

PATA is in need of more volunteers to help run the Citywide General Auditions on March 16th and 17th.
There are three roles that we are looking to cover:
- Door Person: Monitor the upstairs door to let people in and direct them to the audition area. This position can be seated most of the time if needed. Good for someone who doesn't mind a bit of quiet and solitude, away from the main action. Feel free to bring your knitting.
- Check In: Check in actors and auditors at the front desk. Point them in the direction they need to go and keep the audition coordinator updated on who is in attendance and any questions/concerns that arise. This position can be seated most of the time. Good for someone who likes to keep things organized and put people at ease.
- Actor Wrangler: Line up actors in order of the audition schedule and prepare them to go into the audition room. This role will require repeatedly going up and down a small set of stairs. Good for someone who likes to stay on their toes and can deliver instructions clearly and correctly.
We have broken the schedule into 2-3 hour shifts. Feel free to sign up for one or multiple. Actors who are auditioning are welcome to volunteer.

Thank you so much to everyone who contributes to making this event possible!
P.S. If you would like to audit or audition at Citywides, registration is still open and we have a handful of spots available.
