The Drammy Awards

Since 1979, the Drammy Committee has striven to promote live theatre in Portland by recognizing and rewarding the outstanding work of Portland-area actors, directors and designers. An all-volunteer group of critics and theatre artists, we attend over 100 local productions each year, culminating in an awards ceremony in June.
The mission of the Drammy Committee is to increase the attention paid to live theatre produced in Portland by recognizing, rewarding, and celebrating outstanding work at a public event.
The Drammy Awards are on an indefinite hiatus as we work to develop a community event that creates the celebration of theatre our community deserves.

Community Gatherings
& Annual Meetings
Our Portland area theatre community is strong. And we are always stronger when we are more connected. That is why PATA organizes two annual gatherings.
Annual Meeting
This meeting is held in April of each year and is a membership annual meeting. During this meeting we have the opportunity to share with the PATA membership the goals and recent accomplishments of the organization as well as hold important voting events for board positions.
Community Gatherings
The Community Gatherings are held quarterly each year and are open to all of the Portland area theatre community. You do not need to be a member of PATA to attend these events. These events are meant to help bring us together to meet new members of the community and find ways that we can help to support each other. PATA BiAnnual Survey
Each year PATA reaches out to our community to ask for feedback on how this organization is serving the community.
This Bi-Annual survey asks our community to weigh in on our programming, the value of the services we offer and asks our community to let us know what additional offerings you wish to see PATA support.
With the resulting information we guide and direct the funds and energies of our organization to continue to best serve you!
