The gig: Dramatic Results is casting for an in-person corporate training in the Portland OR area on April 30th. There will be a brief (10 minute) scripted scene followed by in-character Q&A with the audience (improvised, but rehearsed in advance.) Engagement will include in-person rehearsal Tuesday 4/29 time TBD; delivery in-person 2:30-6:30 Wednesday 4/30. Pay is $500.

The Characters:
Vikram – Asian male, 30’s-60’s. Vikram is a facilities manager from India, based in Bangalore. He is serious, pleasant, somewhat formal. He has a strong accent.
Charlaine – African-American female, mid-20’s to mid-30’s. She is kind, smart, and capable, but a little daunted by being in charge of a meeting with people older than she is.
Martin – White male from US, late 30’s to mid-60’s.. He is well-intentioned and relentlessly cheerful, but sometimes “tone deaf” to how he’s coming across.
Marianna – Spanish woman, late 30’s to mid-60’s. She is often the energy in the room – upbeat, creative, curious, open about her thoughts and feelings. She does not like being sidelined.
Ages of actors will be in terms of the whole ensemble – Charlaine must be noticeably younger than the others, and Martin among the oldest.
