Prepare for the PATA Citywide General Auditions with Genevieve Sage
This workshop kicks off with a fun storytelling and improv icebreaker to set a relaxed and engaging tone. From there, we’ll dive into mastering a confident slate, ensuring participants make a strong first impression. Each attendee will have the opportunity to work on their selected contrasting monologues, scenes, or monologue/songs, with personalized performance notes and adjustments provided. Genevieve will offer guidance on refining timing to meet PATA’s audition requirements, all in a warm yet constructive environment.
In addition, she’ll provide practical advice on wardrobe choices, vocal projection, and ensuring you’re clearly heard, helping you command the audition room with confidence. This workshop is designed to be both an enjoyable and invaluable experience, equipping you with the tools to shine at the PATA’s—and hopefully land that dream role!
Everyone will have the opportunity to perform their pieces and receive tailored feedback and coaching. For those looking to dive deeper, private coaching sessions are also available.
