The Portland Area Theatre Alliance (PATA) is actively looking for individuals to join our Board of Directors. Our programs include the Citywide General Auditions, the Unified Shakespeare & Classical Auditions, the Fertile Ground Festival of New Works and the Valentine Fund. As a member-based organization, PATA supports and celebrates our region’s vibrant theatre community by fostering opportunity, innovation, and collaboration.
We are currently looking to fill five board member openings. Board members serve a two-year term with a commitment to attend a monthly virtual board meeting and participate in one of our PATA committees. Individuals with experience in accounting, fundraising, marketing, grant writing and/or public administration are highly encouraged to apply. While having board members with experience in these areas is beneficial to PATA, it is not a requirement, and we encourage all members of our theatre community to apply, regardless of experience.
