THIRST TRAP. A theatrical experience for the home bath.

April 3, 2023

$5 – $50

THIRST TRAP and its companion piece BODIES are part of UK artist Ray Young’s investigation into water as a key character in our collective conversations on climate justice.

THIRST TRAP is a sound and instruction-led theatre experience, delivered to your home, for you to experience in your own bath, in your own time. Part-narrative and part-meditation, THIRST TRAP is a 30-minute sound piece for audiences to listen to in the bath along with an experience pack of resources to change their physical environment, connecting closely with their personal atmosphere and relationship with their bodies. THIRST TRAP delves into the possible outcomes of rising temperatures and the correlation between social and climate justice.

Ticket prices: $25 artist/student/senior, $35 adult, $50 supporter. Please, email info@boomarts.org to request $5 Arts for All Oregon Trail cardholder tickets.

Deliveries will be on the day for which you purchase a ticket between April 3 and May 1, 2023. If you wish to pick up your box instead email the Boom Arts office at info@boomarts.org.
