Fertile Ground Festival
AS A FERTILE GROUND PRODUCER UTILIZING THE TICKETING SYSTEM OF MY CHOICE, I AGREE TO:
1. Add the designated discount code that Festival Pass-holders will use to reserve/purchase free or half-price tickets to my system. (All producers not using Wannago? will be asked to use the same promo code so that Passholders don’t need a different code for every single show.)
2. Create and implement a method for limiting the number of Pass-holder tickets available (unless you choose not to cap the number of Pass-holder tickets available for your production).
3. EITHER ensure that Pass-holders are able to pre-reserve/purchase tickets from March 1 – March 17, 2024 OR hold seats for Pass-holders until the day of the performance.
4. Check Festival Passes at the door when Pass-holders arrive for your performance.
5. Provide complete and accurate box office data to PATA/Fertile Ground within 2 weeks of the end of the Festival.
