Compass Productions was created in 2019 by Priscilla Howell and Erin Zelazny. They strive to provide inclusive theatre to the greater Portland area and dare to ask the question, "What would the arts be like if everything was based on talent and a good attitude?" With that in mind, they set out to change the culture of theatre, and they haven't stopped since. After the success of "Songologues" in 2019, Compass Productions faced the hard task of saying goodbye to cofounder Howell as she set out on a new adventure. With her support, Compass continues to break the typecasting mold. Board members currently include: Erin Zelazny, Evan Tait, Stacie Looney, Claire Johanson-Muller, Nicole Burgess, and Brennan Universe.
