We own and operate the websites at https://portlandtheatre.com/, https://joinpata.com/, and other PATA websites (collectively, the “Website”). This Privacy Policy explains how and why we collect, use, and disclose information about you collected through the Website. This Privacy Policy applies only to information gathered through the Website. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than the Website.

We use third parties, such as Wild Apricot (https://www.wildapricot.com/contact-us), Google Forms (https://www.google.com/forms/about/), and Google Analytics (https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/provision/#/provision), to host the Website, design and operate the Website features, and perform administrative, analytics, payment processing, membership management, advertising, event registration, and communications services. Services these parties provide include processing your payments made through the Website, enabling us to send you email newsletters and marketing materials, and providing information to us about the use of the Website and viewing of our content. We may disclose your personal information to these companies so they can carry out these business purposes on our behalf.
Administrative and Legal Reasons.
