21tenTheatre

Biography The 21ten is a new, nonprofit theatre, located in the old Shoebox space. We’ve remodeled, added a second bathroom and continue to upgrade the theatre as we launch our first season of shows. We’re also a rental house and educational facility, offering affordable rates to artists in need of venues and acting and storytelling classes to the community.

Company Bio 21ten Theatre’s mission is to cultivate community and connection by producing intimate theatre, events and educational opportunities that move and challenge the participants and audiences by mirroring their diverse lives and introducing new artistic experiences.

EDI Statement Our goal at 21ten Theatre is to reach communities that would normally be excluded from live theatre, acting classes or theatre events in general. To carry out this plan, we’ve teamed up with the nonprofit, Black Men's Wellness, implemented Hardship scholarships and created a community outreach position on our Board of Directors.
